The Bethel Mar Thoma Sunday School Sydney is committed to provide Christian education to children with a view to bringing them up in the knowledge of God and the traditions of the Mar Thoma Church. Our Sunday School follows a curriculum that aims to prepare students for a personal relationship with Christ and a life of Christian witness. Our Sunday School sessions involve bible lessons, singing, plays and other learning activities. We have over 200 registered children who regularly participate in Sunday School activities. The children are grouped into twelve classes based on age and/or school year. We currently have 30 dedicated volunteer teachers taking classes for our children.
